How do refunds work for NFC Cards?

NFC cards are non-refundable once sent to print, should there be any manufacturing malfunction, cards will be replaced once inspection has been completed by the CloudCard Team.

NFC cards can not be sent for print if payment has not been made. Payment must be in full before send for print, even if artwork has been approved
