How to add a new user

There are three ways you can add a new user/s to your company organisation.

In order to see the three options, please click on view your users then on the far right you will see a button that says "Add Users."

3 options will then be given to you:

  1. Create 1 User - This is great when you just want to upload one or two users quickly.
  2. Excel Upload - Please upload the excel spreadsheet given on your dashboard, this is great for when you want to add many users at once.
  3. Microsoft ID import - Please contact our support team for directions on this
