2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Design Approval

The client is responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, contact details, and design instructions are correct before final approval.

2.3 Post-Approval Changes

If changes are requested after initial approval and production has commenced, these may incur additional charges.

One reasonable amendment may be accommodated at CloudCard’s discretion. Thereafter, further changes will be chargeable.

2.4 Link & Profile Accuracy

The client is responsible for ensuring that the correct URL, profile, or digital business card link is provided before programming the NFC card.

3. Client Negligence & Misuse

CloudCard will not be liable for damage, malfunction, or non-performance resulting from:

  • Physical damage (bending, cracking, scratching, exposure to extreme heat or water)
  • Tampering, reprogramming, or third-party modification of the NFC chip
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Use of incompatible or unsupported devices

Normal wear and tear is expected over time and does not constitute a defect.

NFC functionality depends on the end user’s smartphone supporting NFC technology and having NFC enabled.

CloudCard is not responsible for incompatibility with older or unsupported devices.
