See how your card is performing

Card analytics show how your own card is doing: how often it’s opened, which buttons people tap, and how many leads it generates. Every plan that includes a digital card has them, Free included.

Open your card analytics

• If you’re a user, click Analytics in the left menu.
• If you’re an admin, open Analytics and click My Card’s Views.

The page is headed My Card Views.

Choose a period

Use the selector at the top right:

• Week: the last 7 days, including today
• Month: about the last 30 days
• Year: the last 12 months (the default)

Each counter compares the period with the one before it, for example “since last month”, and shows the change as a percentage.

What you’ll see

• Views: how many times your card was opened.
• Button Clicks: how many times people tapped a button on your card, such as email, phone, website or Save contact.
• Leads Generated: leads captured on your card. This shows only if your organisation’s plan includes leads.
• Views This Year chart: switch it between Views and Leads.
• View Sources: how people reached your card. See Where your views come from.
• Button Clicks Breakdown: your most-tapped buttons.

See every button tap

1. Under Button Clicks Breakdown, click View All. You’ll see All Button Interactions, with a count for each button.
2. Click Breakdown on a button to list each tap, with Clicked At and Device.
3. Click Back To Dashboard to return.

What counts as a view

• Each time someone opens your card counts as one view, so one person opening it twice counts twice.
• Opening your own card while you’re signed in to CloudCard doesn’t count.
