Organisation analytics

Organisation analytics add up activity across every card in your organisation, so you can see how the whole team is doing. They cover the organisation you’re currently working in.

Before you start

• You need to be an admin.
• Your organisation needs the Pro or Premium plan. On other plans, My Company’s Views shows a lock icon, with “Organisation analytics is available on Pro and Premium - upgrade to unlock”. The page shows “Upgrade to Access Organisation Analytics”.

Open organisation analytics

1. In the left menu, open Analytics.
2. Click My Company’s Views.

The page is headed with your organisation’s name and “Analytics”.

What you’ll see

Choose Week, Month or Year at the top right. The counters compare the period with the one before it.

• Cards: how many cards your organisation has, with the change over the last 30 days.
• Views: total views of all your team’s cards.
• Button Clicks: total taps on buttons across all cards.
• Leads Generated: leads captured across the organisation.
• Total Views This Year chart, which you can switch between Views and Leads.
• Top Viewed Users: the five most-viewed team members. See The team leaderboard.
• View Sources: how people reached your team’s cards. See Where your views come from.
• Button Clicks Breakdown: the most-tapped buttons. Click View All, then Breakdown on a button, to see each tap with User, Clicked At and Device.

Location Breakdown

If your organisation is connected to Microsoft Entra ID and your users have an office location, you’ll also see Location Breakdown, with views and leads for each office. See Connect Microsoft Entra ID.

Download an analytics report

Click Analytics Report at the top of the page. A PDF downloads with period totals, lead generation by user, view sources, button clicks and the top users by views.
