NFC card delivery times
How long NFC cards take to arrive, how they're delivered and what to do if there's a problem.
Once you’ve approved your design proof, NFC cards are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days anywhere in South Africa.
How delivery works
- CloudCard confirms your order and emails you a design proof.
- You approve the proof. Production starts after this, not when you first order, so approve it quickly to avoid delays.
- Your cards are made and sent by The Courier Guy.
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across South Africa. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders that take longer
- Large or custom orders take longer to produce. CloudCard will let you know the expected timing.
- International delivery is available on request. Contact support before you order to arrange it.
When your cards arrive
Check your cards as soon as they arrive:
- Make sure they match the proof you approved.
- Tap each card against your phone to check it opens the right person’s card.
If anything is damaged or doesn’t match the approved proof, report it to CloudCard within 7 days of delivery. See Return or replace an NFC card.
