Install your signature in Outlook
Copy your CloudCard signature and add it to Outlook on the web, Windows or Mac.
Add your CloudCard signature to Outlook so it appears on new emails, replies and forwards. You copy it from CloudCard once and paste it into Outlook’s signature settings.
Before you start
- Build your email signature and choose a template.
- Use the latest Outlook or Outlook on the web if you can. Older versions of Outlook may not show the signature correctly.
Copy your signature
- In the left-hand menu, click Email Signature.
- Under Add your signature to your email, click the Outlook tab.
- Click Copy Signature. The button briefly changes to Copied!.

Paste it into Outlook
Outlook’s menus differ between versions, so look for the Signatures settings in your version:
- Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows: open Settings (the gear icon), then Account > Signatures.
- Classic Outlook for Windows: File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Outlook for Mac: Outlook > Settings > Signatures.
Then:
- Create a new signature (New signature or +) and give it a name.
- Click in the signature editor and paste (Ctrl+V on Windows, Cmd+V on a Mac).
- Set the new signature as the default for new messages and for replies and forwards.
- Save your changes, if your version has a Save button.
Start a new email to check that the signature appears.
If the signature looks wrong
- Copy it again from CloudCard and paste it straight into Outlook. Pasting into another app first can strip the formatting.
- Make sure you used Copy Signature rather than selecting the preview by hand.
- If images don’t show, try Outlook on the web to rule out an older desktop version.
