"Your account is suspended"
What it means when you see "Account is suspended" after signing in, and how your admin can reactivate you.
If you sign in and see a plain page with “403 | Account is suspended”, an admin in your organisation has deactivated your user account. CloudCard signs you out straight away.
Why it happens
- An admin deactivated you on the Team Members page, for example after you changed roles or while you were away.
- Your organisation syncs users from Microsoft Entra ID, and you were removed from the directory or from the synced groups. In this case you may also get an email saying your CloudCard account was deactivated.
While you’re deactivated, people who open your digital card see “403 | Card not available.”
Fix it
Ask your CloudCard admin to reactivate your account.
For admins:
- In the left menu, click Team Members.
- Find the user, open the actions menu on their row and click Activate.
- You’ll see “Are you sure you want to activate this user account?” Click Activate again.
The user can sign in again straight away, and their card works again. Each active user uses one card on your plan. If all your cards are in use, see “Card limit reached”.
If your organisation syncs with Entra ID, add the user back to the synced group in Microsoft Entra ID first, or the next sync may deactivate them again.
See Deactivate, reactivate or delete a user.
Not the same as a billing problem
If a payment wasn’t received, your organisation’s paid features are switched off, but you can still sign in. Those features show “Feature temporarily unavailable”. See When a payment fails.
