"Available on Pro and Premium - upgrade to unlock"

Why a menu item has a lock icon or a page is blurred with an upgrade message, and how to unlock it.

On this page

Some CloudCard features are only included on certain plans. When your organisation’s plan doesn’t include one, you’ll see a lock instead of the feature.

What you’ll see

  • A lock icon in the left menu. The item is dimmed, and hovering over it shows a message such as “Leads is available on Pro and Premium - upgrade to unlock”. This appears for Leads, Organisation analytics, Virtual Background and Team Members.
  • A blurred page with an upgrade message, such as “Upgrade to Pro”, “Upgrade to Pro or Premium” or “Upgrade to Premium”.

Fix it

If you’re an admin on the Free plan, the locked page shows the plans with prices and a Monthly/Annual toggle:

  1. Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Premium. To try Pro first, click Start 14 Day Trial.
  2. Complete checkout. The feature unlocks once your payment or trial is confirmed.

If you’re an admin on a paid plan, click Upgrade Now on the locked page. It opens the Subscription page. See Upgrade your plan.

If you’re not an admin, the page says “Ask your organisation admin to upgrade the plan.” Only an admin can change the plan.

“Feature temporarily unavailable”

This is different. It means a payment wasn’t received and your paid features have been switched off. The page says “These features have been disabled due to non-payment, please pay to have them reactivated.” and has a Manage Billing button. See When a payment fails.
