Find your way around the app

The app has a bar at the bottom of the screen with four tabs and a Share button in the middle.

Tab	What it’s for
Card	Your card, its QR code, and how many people have viewed it.
Leads	The people you’ve met, with notes and follow-up tasks. Pro and Premium.
Share button (middle)	Every way to share your card.
Scan	Scan a business card, event badge or QR code into your leads. Pro and Premium.
Settings	Your organisation, plan, security, support and account.

The Card tab

• Tap the QR code to show it full screen so someone can scan it.
• Preview shows your card exactly as other people see it. Previewing doesn’t count as a view.
• Edit card opens the card editor.
• Add to wallet adds your card to Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet.
• Your card’s reach shows your views and leads, a chart of views over the last 14 days, and Where views come from, such as a QR code, an NFC tap or WhatsApp.
• The bell at the top shows tasks that are due on your leads.

Pull down on the Card tab to refresh it.

Switch between organisations

If you belong to more than one organisation, each one has its own card. To switch, tap the organisation name at the top of the Card tab and choose another, or swipe sideways between cards.

The Leads and Scan tabs and your plan in Settings follow the organisation you chose.

Settings

Section	What’s there
Getting started	A short checklist, such as adding a profile photo and scanning your first business card.
Organisation	Your organisations and their plans. Admins tap one to edit the brand.
Plan	Your plan, and for admins, upgrading and managing it.
More with CloudCard	Features that are set up on the web. Tapping one emails you a link to open on your computer.
Security	Fingerprint unlock.
Support	Email or call CloudCard support, or rate the app.
Appearance	System, Light or Dark.
Account	Delete your account.

Sign out is near the bottom of the Settings tab.
