Get the CloudCard app for Android
Install the CloudCard app from Google Play, then sign in or create an account to carry your card and capture leads on your phone.
The CloudCard app puts your digital business card on your Android phone. You can show your QR code, share by NFC tap or link, scan business cards into your leads and follow them up, even with no signal.
It uses the same account as the web app at app.cloudcard.co.za, so your card, leads and plan are the same in both places.
Before you start
- You need a phone running Android 8.0 or later.
- If your company gave you a CloudCard, you already have an account. Use the same email address and password.
Install the app
- On your phone, open CloudCard on Google Play.
- Tap Install.
- Open CloudCard. You’ll see a few short slides about what the app does.
Sign in or create an account
- You already use CloudCard: tap I already have an account and sign in. See Sign in to the Android app.
- You’re new to CloudCard: tap Get started free. Under Create your account, fill in your name, work email, password, country, mobile number, job title and company, then tap Create account. Enter the 6-digit code we email you to verify your address.
When you create an account, CloudCard creates your organisation and your card from those details. You can then choose a plan, add your logo and colours, and add your photo. You can change all of it later in Settings.
What you can do in the app
- Share your card by QR code, NFC, WhatsApp, email, text or link.
- Edit your card and see how many people view it.
- Scan business cards and event badges into your leads (Pro and Premium).
- Follow up your leads with notes, tasks and voice notes (Pro and Premium).
Some things are still set up on the web: email signatures, virtual backgrounds, team members and video banners. In the app, tapping one of these under More with CloudCard emails you a link to open on your computer.
