Unlock the app with your fingerprint
Ask for your fingerprint each time the CloudCard app opens, so nobody else can see your card and leads on your phone.
Fingerprint unlock keeps your card and leads private if someone else picks up your phone. Your phone needs at least one fingerprint set up in its own settings.
Turn it on
- After you sign in, the app may ask “Unlock CloudCard with your fingerprint next time?”. Tap Turn on.
- Or go to Settings > Security and turn on Fingerprint unlock.
Next time you open the app, you’ll see CloudCard is locked. Tap Unlock with fingerprint and touch the sensor. You can tap Sign out on that screen instead.
Turn it off
Go to Settings > Security and turn off Fingerprint unlock.
If the fingerprints on your phone change
If you add or remove a fingerprint in your phone’s settings, CloudCard signs you out to protect your account. You’ll see “Fingerprints on this phone changed, so CloudCard signed you out.” Sign in again, then turn fingerprint unlock back on.
