Edit your card in the app

Changes you make in the app appear on your card straight away, everywhere you’ve shared it. You need a connection to edit your card.

Change your details

1. On the Card tab, tap Edit card.
2. Tap any field to change it, then tap the tick to save.

Fields are grouped under About you, Contact, Links and social and More. For WhatsApp, enter just your number and CloudCard creates the WhatsApp link for you.

Add or remove a field

• To add one, tap Add a field and choose what to show on your card. Use the search box to find one, for example LinkedIn.
• To remove one, tap the bin icon next to it, then tap Remove to confirm. It no longer shows on your card. Your name can’t be removed.

Change your photo

1. In Edit card, tap your photo, then Add a photo or Change photo.
2. Tap Choose a photo and pick one from your phone.
3. Pinch to zoom and drag to move it, then tap Use photo.

To take your photo off your card, tap Remove photo.

Fields your admin manages

Some fields show Managed by your administrator. Your organisation’s admin controls these, so you can’t change them. See Why some fields are locked.

Check how it looks

On the Card tab, tap Preview to see your card exactly as other people do. Previewing doesn’t count as a view.
