Reactivate your subscription
Changed your mind after cancelling? Undo the cancellation before your billing period ends, or choose a plan again afterwards.
ForAdmins
On this page
If you’ve cancelled but your current billing period hasn’t ended yet, you can undo the cancellation in a couple of clicks. Your subscription then renews as normal.
Before you start
You need to be an admin of the organisation.
Reactivate before the end date
- In the left menu, click Subscription.
- On the Current Plan card, click the pencil icon to open Manage Subscription.
- At the top, you’ll see “Your subscription is scheduled to be cancelled on [date]. You keep full access until then.” Click Reactivate Subscription.
You’ll see “Subscription reactivated for the current period.” Nothing is charged now. Your next renewal is charged on the usual date.
Reactivate Email Signature only
If you cancelled your Email Signature licences, open Manage Subscription, click Manage Email Signature, then click Reactivate Email Signature on the Cancel Subscription tab. You’ll see “Email Signature reactivated for the current period.”
After the end date
Once the period has ended, the cancellation can’t be undone. You’ll see “This subscription can no longer be reactivated for the current period.” Your organisation is on the Free plan by then.
To get your paid features back, upgrade again. See Upgrade your plan. You’ll go through checkout and pay for a new billing period.
If your plan was switched off for non-payment
That isn’t a cancellation. Pay the outstanding renewal and your features come back automatically. See When a payment fails.
