Start a 14-day Pro trial

The Pro trial lets your organisation use every Pro feature for 14 days before paid billing begins. Only Pro has a trial.

Before you start

• You need to be an admin of the organisation.
• Your organisation must be on the Free plan or not have chosen a plan yet.
• Have a card ready. You save it through PayFast, CloudCard’s payment provider, but you’re not charged today.

Steps

1. Start the trial from one of these places:
   • On the Choose Your Plan page you see after signing up, find the Pro card and click Start 14 Day Trial.
   • On the Free plan, open any locked feature, such as Leads. In the upgrade panel, click Start 14 Day Trial under Pro.
2. On the checkout page, fill in your Billing details and Billing Address. Fields marked * are required.
3. Check the Order summary on the right. It shows the First charge after trial and the date your trial ends.
4. Click Save Card & Start Trial. A secure PayFast payment window opens.
5. Enter your card details in the PayFast window and confirm.

Your trial starts as soon as PayFast confirms the card. You’ll see “Payment submitted. Your subscription is pending gateway confirmation and will update shortly.” Your Pro features unlock once the confirmation arrives, usually within a minute or two.

During the trial

• On the Subscription page, a notice shows the date your trial ends and the amount the card will be charged on that date.
• You can’t add Email Signature licences during the trial. The plan page shows “You can’t purchase this feature while on trial.”

When the trial ends

• If you keep Pro, the saved card is charged for your plan on the trial end date and your subscription renews automatically from then.
• If you cancel before the end date, you’re not charged. Your organisation moves to the Free plan when the trial ends. See Cancel your subscription.
• If no card is linked when the trial ends, nothing is charged and your organisation moves to the Free plan.
