Switch between monthly and annual billing
Move your subscription to annual billing to save, or back to monthly. The switch happens at your next renewal and nothing is charged today.
ForAdmins
On this page
You can move a paid subscription between monthly and annual billing yourself. Annual Pro and Premium billing saves 10%. Annual Email Signature billing gives you 2 months free per licence.
Before you start
- You need to be an admin of the organisation.
- Your subscription must be paid by card through PayFast. On EFT you’ll see “Billing interval changes are only available for card-based subscriptions.” Contact support to change it instead.
Switch your Pro or Premium billing
- In the left menu, click Subscription.
- On the Current Plan card, click the pencil icon to open Manage Subscription.
- Click Change Plan or Billing. Your current plan’s tab opens.
- Under Billing interval, you’ll see the monthly and annual price for your current number of cards. Click Switch to Annual or Switch to Monthly.
- Read the confirmation and click Yes, switch to Annual or Yes, switch to Monthly.
You’ll see “Your subscription will switch to Annual billing on [date], at your existing renewal date. Nothing is charged today.” Your current period carries on unchanged. On that date, the new price is charged automatically.
Switch Email Signature billing
If your organisation is on Free with Email Signature licences:
- Open Manage Subscription and click Manage Email Signature.
- Under Email Signature billing interval, click Switch to Annual or Switch to Monthly, then confirm.
Free stays free, so only your Email Signature licences have a billing interval. The switch takes effect at your next Email Signature renewal and nothing is charged today.
On Pro, your Email Signature licences follow the same interval as your cards, so switch them together from Change Plan or Billing. On the standalone Email Signature plan, contact support to change your billing interval.
Cancel a scheduled switch
- Open Manage Subscription. The scheduled change is listed at the top, for example “Switching to Annual on 1 November 2026. Nothing is charged until then.”
- Click Cancel this change.
You’ll see “The scheduled billing interval switch has been cancelled.” Your subscription stays on its current interval.
If you can’t switch
- “A plan downgrade is already scheduled - please cancel it before switching billing interval.”
- “Your subscription is already on that billing interval.”
- The Billing interval options don’t show while another switch or plan change is already scheduled.
