A reference of every card field, what to enter and where it appears on your card and in saved contacts.

This is the full list of fields you can put on a CloudCard. Your organisation decides which of them you can use, so your Add new field list may be shorter. Names below match the names in the Add new field list.

Your organisation’s admin chooses between two card designs, Modern and Classic. Where a field looks different on each, the table says so.

Name and role

Phone numbers

Phone fields accept numbers and a plus sign only. Use the international format, e.g. +27 82 123 4567.

Enter the full web address. If you leave off https://, CloudCard adds it.

Each link becomes a button with its own icon. The one exception is Calendar booking, which shows as a button on Modern cards only. There are two fields called LinkedIn: one for your personal profile and one for your company page. Hover over the question mark next to the field to see which is which.

Note

Note lets you add a short paragraph, such as a bio or your office hours. It appears as a block of text near the bottom of your card.
