Switch between organisations

Some people belong to more than one organisation, for example a consultant who works with two companies, or an admin who manages several brands. Each organisation has its own cards, team, leads and settings. The Active organisation switcher decides which one you’re looking at.

Switch organisation

1. Find Active organisation at the top of the left-hand menu.
2. Click the dropdown and choose the organisation you want.

The page reloads for the organisation you chose. Where possible you stay on the same kind of page, so if you were on Team Members you’ll see the new organisation’s team.

What changes when you switch

Everything in the menu now applies to the active organisation:

• Card, View Card and Edit Card Details show your card in that organisation.
• Leads, Analytics and Email Signature show that organisation’s information.
• For admins, Team Members and Company Settings manage that organisation. On Team Members, the heading includes the organisation’s name so you can tell which team you’re looking at.

New users you add are always added to the active organisation.

If you see “The active organisation changed”

This appears if you switched organisation in another browser tab and then tried to save something in an older tab. Go back, reload the page and try again. See “The active organisation changed”.

Being added to another organisation

You can’t add yourself to another organisation. If you need access to one, contact support.
